Movie: Love On A Diet
2001Synopsis:
Sammi plays Mimi, a woman who used to date a now-famous Japanese piano star when she was skinny. However, her boyfriend’s departure to study prompted her to go on an eating binge until she was over 300 pounds and unrecognizable to him. After years of following him from a distance while he toured, Mimi learns of his engagement to someone else and she can’t seem to bare it. Feeling suicidal, she meets Fat, a knife salesman who is not really interested in her and has his own problems to deal with. However, when Mimi goes crazy after hearing a radio announcement from her former boyfriend about meeting him in six months, Mimi and Fat begin an intense training regiment to lose her over two hundred pounds.
